You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

6. Live Streams, Alerts, and Availability

We aim to provide reliable live streams and timely weather updates. However:

  • Streams may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable

  • Alerts may not reach all users in real time

  • Content may be updated, modified, or removed without notice

The Service operates in a dynamic environment—like the atmosphere itself—where conditions can shift quickly.

Weather information provided through the Service, including forecasts, live coverage, radar displays, and alerts:

We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

17. Bread & Milk Advisory (Non-Legal, But Emotionally Binding) 🥖🥛🥚

In the event of a Level 4 out of 5 “Bread & Milk Warning,” viewers may experience an irresistible urge to:

  • Visit the nearest grocery store

  • Purchase excessive amounts of bread, milk, and eggs

  • Discuss snowfall totals with strangers in the checkout line

While this behavior is culturally encouraged across New England, it is:

  • Not required

  • Not enforced

  • And definitely not legally binding

That said… we understand.
